TA PLLC Adds Associate Attorney Camila M. Real
Miami, FL – TA PLLC, a business law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Camila M. Real as an associate attorney. Ms. Real focuses her practice on general corporate, M&A and lending transactions.
Ms. Real previously served as a law clerk for TA PLLC and as a summer associate at a full-service Am Law 100 firm, where she engaged in various transactional matters. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern for the City of Miami Attorney’s Office, assisting attorneys with a variety of substantive legal matters, including civil litigation, constitutional law, land use, and general government law.
Ms. Real graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an Executive Board Member of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. After graduation, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, one of the highest honors a law student can receive.
