Mr. Friedland practices in the areas of Corporate and Real Property transactions. He graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Mr. Friedland interned for the Honorable Robert N. Scola of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and gained experience as a law clerk in private practice. He was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and a Hope Pro Bono Challenge 2018 Award Recipient.
Mr. Friedland began his career as an associate attorney at a local firm in the areas of insurance defense, including bad faith analysis and litigation. Mr. Friedland’s litigation experience provides a valuable perspective to anticipate and minimize potential disputes in corporate transactions.
