Mariana C. Muci
Ms. Muci focuses her practice on complex commercial matters, business disputes, and employment litigation. She has experience representing a broad spectrum of clients, including multinational corporations, foreign state-owned enterprises, real estate developers, commercial landlords, startups, and small businesses. Ms. Muci has appeared before state and federal courts in Florida, and has experience in alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation.
Prior to her career as an attorney, Ms. Muci worked in finance, where she honed her analytical skills and gained an in-depth understanding of the financial and economic underpinnings of many of the disputes she now handles. This experience has proven invaluable in her legal career, allowing her to provide strategic guidance to clients as they navigate complex financial and business-related issues.
Ms. Muci graduated magna cum laude and in the top 5% of her law school class at Nova Southeastern University, where she was also a member of the NSU Moot Court Society and Trial Association. During law school she interned for the Honorable Judge Marcia G. Cooke in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also graduated with a degree in Finance at Florida International University.
