New Hotels in the Pipeline
Tenzer PLLC negotiated transaction on behalf of ownership
Tenzer PLLC represented a large Mexican hotel company in connection with the negotiation of license agreements with Hard Rock International for two new hotels in Mexico. The transaction includes a Cabo property that will have 600 guest rooms and a second hotel in an undisclosed location. To date, Tenzer PLLC has represented the hotel owner in connection with negotiations for each Hard Rock Hotel in Mexico.

Tenzer PLLC Represents Eden Roc in Negotiation for Boutique Nobu Hotel
Tenzer PLLC represented the owners of the Eden Roc Hotel on Miami Beach in connection with the negotiation of a license agreement for a boutique Nobu hotel, along with a food & beverage management agreement for Nobu to run the hotel’s F&B operation. The Nobu Hotel will be a “hotel within a hotel,” similar in concept to the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, containing approximately 200 rooms. This transaction also included negotiating a restaurant lease with Nobu Restaurants to bring one of the most storied and high-end Japanese restaurants on Miami Beach to the Eden Roc.
Tenzer PLLC Expands Miami Office
Tenzer PLLC added two attorneys to the firm’s Miami office. Additionally, the firm doubled the size of its office to 5,500 square feet. “We are thrilled to announce the addition of these attorneys to our team, signifying another pivotal step we have taken to provide our clients with first-rate legal services across practice areas consistent with client needs,” said Ari Tenzer, founder of Tenzer PLLC.

Ari Tenzer Elected to ULI Council
Ari Tenzer has been elected to Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Florida Hospitality & Recreational Development Council (HRDC) by the ULI-SE Florida Executive Committee. Tenzer has extensive experience advising clients on real estate transactions and in matters in the hospitality industry. Tenzer is a member of The Florida Bar Commercial Real Estate Committee as well as the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
