Associate

Mr. Plansky focuses his practice on business litigation matters. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where he served as Online Media Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, he interned for the University of Miami School of Law Startup Clinic. He received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and also earned the CALI Award in emotional intelligence for lawyers and the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for law, technology and practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Plansky was a summer associate at a Coral Gables boutique litigation firm and before that he clerked in the commercial litigation department for a boutique law firm and for a national plaintiffs’ disability insurance law firm.
