Ms. Falla focuses her practice on general corporate and real property transactions.  She graduated cum laude from University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where she was an editor of the Inter-American Law Review.  While in law school, she co-authored an article which was published in The Florida Bar Journal, Vol. 94, No. 5, There Will be Floods: Armoring the People of Florida to Make Informed Decisions on Flood Risk.  Prior to graduation, Ms. Falla, also interned in the corporate departments of two publicly held companies and a business litigation firm.
