Associate

Ms. Real focuses her practice on general corporate, M&A and lending transactions. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where she was an Executive Board Member of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. While in law school, she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Communication & Research II, Evidence, and Transactional Skills I. She is also a recipient of the Hope Pro Bono Award.

Prior to being admitted to The Florida Bar, Ms. Real served as a law clerk for TA PLLC and as a summer associate with a full-service Am Law 100 firm, where she engaged in diverse transactional matters. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern for the City of Miami Attorney’s Office, assisting attorneys with a variety of substantive legal matters, including civil litigation, constitutional law, land use, and general government law.
