Mr. King is one of the nation’s leading attorneys specializing in entertainment law.  King has represented over 30 entertainment singers, athletes, promoters and venues since he began practicing law over 20 years ago.  His practice includes representation of numerous Latin American and European musicians and high net worth individuals in transactional and business matters.

King also represents publicly and privately held corporations in matters such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and lending transactions.  He has counseled numerous banks in real estate and asset-backed commercial lending transactions as well as in general corporate and contractual matters.

Prior to forming King Law Firm, Mr. King practiced at White & Case, LLP, Holland & Knight LLP and Camner Lipsitz P.A., where he focused on transactional and entertainment law.
