Mrs. Dubrocq focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, development, financing, leasing, and management of real estate.

Prior to joining TA PLLC, she worked as a commercial real estate and land use attorney at the Minneapolis office of an Am Law 100 global law firm. Mrs. Dubrocq graduated cum laude with a joint J.D./LL.M. degree in International Law from University of Miami School of Law, where she obtained several book awards, including the highest grade in her Transactional Skills I class. During law school, Mrs. Dubrocq served as an editor for the Inter-American Law Review and interned at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
