Mr. Hernandez has extensive experience in domestic and international corporate and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, entity formation, and general corporate and real estate matters as well as in the healthcare and education industries.

Mr. Hernandez began his career in the healthcare industry before changing focus and earning a law degree. Influences from experiences in his previous field prompted him to focus on corporate law.
